Very friendly restaurant staff especially Melita (I hope I got her name correct), she always welcomed us with a great smile, on Day2 she already mastered our preferences which warmed our heart, bringing my cappuccino and toast without asking showed how she paid attention to details. Housekeeping staff Rajitha was friendly and ensured that our needs were attended to Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious with friendly staff

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Salalah, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly made the difference—Said, Haytham, and Elen were exceptional in their hospitality. Said and Haytham went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the local tourist sites and offering helpful insights that made my visit even more enjoyable. Although I didn’t catch the names of the bellboy and housekeeping staff, I want to acknowledge their humble, professional, and friendly service. Every team member I encountered contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety at breakfast that catered to different tastes. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable, which added great value to the overall experience. Hilton Salalah is not just a hotel—it’s a place where guests feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning soon.
