It departs between 18:00-22:30 every 30 minutes. A shuttle is offered from the property to the station between 07:30-10:00 every 30 minutes, upon prior request.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Staff is very attentive and ready to help Laundry and dryer for small fee Every day cleaning up all rooms There were rooms available around sakura bloom week! Big shopping mall in ~10min walk

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities were great - there's even a microwave on first floor as well as free coffee and tea, and they provide free bath bombs to use. There's also free shuttle service to and from Omiya station on workdays, which were helpful. Room was also clean and not overly cramped.
