The gastronomic restaurant offers Provençal-themed gourmet menus created by chef Jérôme Yahia using seasonal local products open every diner.The bistrot is open for lunch and diner everyday.In the summer there is a poolside bar offering smoothies, ice creams and milkshakes.Guests are required to inform the property of the number of children in the booking and specify the children's age.Please note that children aged 17 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult in the wellness area and can access it from 09:30 to 14:30. After this time, the spa is adults only.Please note that the poolside bar is open from 1 June to 30 September from 10:00 to 19:00.Please note that the check in in our villas is ONLY at 16h00

Everything- we had a great stay at Le Vallon, location and premises were great, as well as the staff. Food was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner

The hotel boasts a stunning garden and a large swimming pool, set in a truly unique and picturesque location. However, the overall experience leans more toward a four-star standard. The property is in clear need of renovation, and the rooms—especially for a supposed five-star hotel—are surprisingly small. The spa facilities are very basic, lacking the luxury one might expect. With some investment and updates, this place could truly shine

I liked the professionalism of the staff and the quality of food in the brasserie and in the gastronomic restaurant. Breakfast was also very good.
