It was a beautiful private house in a select location. The owner was exceedingly kind and very hospitable. She went out of her way to provide a very comfortable stay even if for just one night. The breakfast was carefully thought out and delicious. As well as very healthy. A charming couple indeed.

Lovely property and the rooms worked really well for us. A family of 4 with two teenagers. Easy to find and good parking. Very pretty. Breakfast was also delicious with fruit/ yoghurts/ bread/ croissants: pain au chocolat. Owner was very welcoming and we liked she spoke to us in French so we could try our rusty French but was bilingual so able to help where we got stuck!

We had a lovely stay in spacious, peaceful surroundings and had a warm welcome. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good breakfast. The garden was full of flowers and the property although just out of Amboise was close enough to cycle into for an evening meal.

Friendliness of the owner whist still respecting our privacy. Spaciousness and airiness of our room. Delicious breakfast and her willingness to adapt to our preferences. Her helpful recommendations about local attractions.
