Please note that reception is closed between 12h00 and 15h30.The reception closes at 20:00.Please note that the swimming pool is open from April to October, weather depending.Late arrivals are only possible for stays of at least 2 nights.Only one animal (max 10 kg) per room is allowed with a supplement of 10 euros, with prior authorization (call us or send us a message).Parking is limited to 1 car per room. Beyond that, you can park your other vehicles for free in the streets around the hotel.Please note that payment by Chèques Vacances isn't accepted.Please note that the damage deposit only applies for the Studios.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Wonderful family hotel with comfortable beds and very nice host incl staff. Quiet and safe. Great parking. Some 20 min walking to down town (downhill and reverse) but well worth the steps! We spent some lovely afternoons by the pool as well on the balcony combined with driving to smaller beaches and villages down the coast line. Big beach in Raphael/Frejus is also nice and within 20min walking. Highly recommended!

Beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. We also had a lovely outside terrace to enjoy the evenings. The owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful

Lovely stay! Our triple family room was excellent and we loved the layout of the hotel. We enjoyed using the pool. And we were very grateful for a wonderful dinner recommendation and local info. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again!

The living area outside of the room was essential as the room was very small for three adults.
