The fine print
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for stays of 7 days and more.
For stays of 6 nights and less, guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 10 EUR per bed, per stay. Towels: 10 EUR per person, per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.
All foreign tourists will be asked to complete an individual police form.
A lease agreement and house rules must be signed on arrival.
For the security deposit, in the event of damage, we reserve the right to request the tenant's civil liability certificate.
Any arrival too late will be charged 25 euros more.
Please note that it is prohibited to charge electric cars in the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
