The rooms were being renovated when we arrived, they were busy with the ground floor - we did not know about this work. Our room was newly done and pleasant, it had a view of the reception canopy (as we only stayed 1 night this was not an issue. There were building materials and carpets in the lobby and under the canopy.

The staff was fantastic! The front desk clerk when I arrived verified that my room was set up for me to access it easily, and even took my bags to my room while I parked the vehicle. Then the front desk clerk 2 days later willing made me a reservation for another property in Stafford, VA & even found that I had a rewards account. Then the day of check out the housekeeper took my bags to my vehicle. I was so thankful to have such fantastic people there to assist me with everything I needed. It was awesome.

Breakfast was very good- staff was friendly and accommodating- parking wasnot sufficient for full capacity of hotel - overall a good experience

Due to Covid, hot breakfast was not available. However, there were other options to chose from, all of which were great choices. The staff was extremely professional friendly. Always said hello and always asked about our day and what great things we did.
