Please note that towels are not provided. Towel rental is available at the property.Reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00 and closed on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays).If you plan on arriving outside these reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation .Please note that an amount between 65€ et 150€ end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price for the Three-Bedroom Apartment. housing according to typology, You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.Please note that a TV is not provided but can be rented at reception for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week.Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 12 per person per change applies.Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change.Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available.Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 20 per week charge applies.Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Positive : -space -facilities : swimming pools, table tennis courts, gardens Negative : - cleanest specially in the rooms - weak signal wifi - no tv if no subscription

The pools and the pool area were very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful relaxing place to stay.

The staff were very good spoke good English. Jules I think it was, was specially helpful with getting me taxis etc. over all if u got your own bits it’s a great stay
