we were initially given a room on the ground floor. after checking in we realized the room is really cold so we asked when we can expect some heating. we were told the property has central heating so it should be on anytime soon. an hour later my 70yo dad was really cold and shivering under the blankets as the heating had not turned on yet. we reached out to the staff and we were offered a room move on the first floor, and they have also increased the temperature on the termostat. we had a lovely stay after this as we were comfortable and warm! thank you for looking after us!

The bed was a water bed and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. The dinner was excellent and the whole place excellently well run. Spotlessly clean. Superior bed linen.
