The Spa at the hotel was very nice. There is a booking system so that it is not overcrowded, which worked well. As the pool was outside it wasn't in use- but looked lovely. The food at the hotel was very good indeed. We hadn't signed up for half board, but soon decided to book to eat in the restaurant every night. The half board menu was varied and good value. Also an a la carte menu offered, including fondu and raclette.

Excellent location, with easy access to the slopes!⛷️The spa was a nice addition to relax in the evenings, and was never overcrowded. The staff were super helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel was very clean and was close to bars and restaurants as well as having a bar and restaurant on site. It also had a spa with sauna and jacuzzi that was bookable for private use. The kit drying room qas also very useful. The hotel was also only a few minutes walk to the ski bus stop, so we were able to take advantage of apres ski in La Clusaz. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
