Location is great. Centre of st Albans but still no noise at night although we were out until almost 11pm so chances are we may have experienced noise from the outside area because it was hot and our windows were open but like i say, can't really say anything for certain because we weren't there when it would have been busy. Staff were polite, we had the delux double and the room was really nice and four poster bed. Well equipped tea making facilities. Free WiFi which you'll need because the building is tudor and the walls are very thick
