House was perfect size for 5 ladies. Location was fabulous close to the beach walking path. Close to visit Sorrento way, Hastings way or Mornington way without driving for hours. Not to mention the weather was sensational.

The house felt very welcoming and homely. It was clean, well styled, and equipped with everything you would need for a seaside getaway. The kids were delighted when they discovered the toys and games in their bedroom cupboard. We were also impressed with the selection of beach equipment and outdoor games, which entertained both young and old. We had a delightful, comfortable, and memorable stay.
