Friendly staff (however, it was disappointing that the employee switched from English to Polish during check-in when she saw the Ukrainian passport without asking anything - I don't think it's proper and correct, rather offensive). Clean room. Breakfast - wonderful, great variety and everything we tasted was delicious. Great convenient location. 24-hour reception. There is a kettle, cups for making tea, coffee.

Spacious room, great location: close to the train station and the center. There is a shop nearby. Good breakfast.

The place was in a great location: train station, bus station, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were absolutely great, especially as I didn't know polish and they gave great advice and made sure my needs were met with dietary requirements. I didn't have a travel adapter and the staff were kind to help me with the ones they had available. Unfortunately, didn't fit for UK plug but found I could one buy from inside the nearby galleries
