Beatrix was very accommodating and went beyond any expectation we had for our visit. She ensured our comfort, provided generous breakfasts and that we were happy throughout the stay. She also gave us recommendations of what to do in the area. Her accommodation is comfortable, cosy and clean. It is also a 15 minute walk to town or a 3-5 minute car journey. Parking is also easy.

We received a warm welcome from Beatrix and she was the perfect host during our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated, furnished and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the tea, coffee, milk, bottles of water, biscuits and the couple of chocolates left on a silver dish for us. The shower products were lovely and there’s even a section of the garden, with a table and chairs for your use. Breakfast was a delight, with all sorts of delicious choices laid out in a bright and airy breakfast room for our use only.

The atmosphere was wonderfully tranquil—ideal for some much-needed downtime. The garden was beautifully maintained and exuded a calming, Zen-like serenity. The room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in its presentation was outstanding. Breakfast was exceptional, and we felt genuinely cared for from the moment we booked until the day we left. A flawless experience—five stars from me.

I had the most wonderful stay at Beatrix’s place in Rye. From the moment I booked, communication was prompt, thoughtful, and full of helpful details about the property, local attractions, and practicalities like parking and access. Beatrix greeted me with such warmth and care, making me feel instantly welcome. The accommodation was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully set up, with a private entrance and a serene patio overlooking a lush garden. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and Beatrix went the extra mile to check in about dietary preferences ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Her recommendations for places to visit, eat, and walk were spot-on — it made exploring Rye and the surrounding area even more enjoyable. Clear instructions, personal touches, and genuine hospitality made this stay exceptional. I can’t recommend Beatrix’s place highly enough and would absolutely return. Thank you again, Beatrix!
