Warm comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Sauna, bathroom and toilet very nice. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hanging space for ski gear. Sledges in the ski store are a really nice touch. Super fast 5G data also. Walk into Ruka about 20mins up hill, a good pre-ski warm up but we enjoyed the views across the frozen lake. Owners very friendly and approachable and answered our questions quickly and politely.

lovely, relaxing, beautiful property a short walk into ruka or over to the lifts. was ideal for our small group and would definitely stay again.
