Petya “Beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Rovinj”

The house has a main apartment - two bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the first floor and the kitchen and the living room with terrace are situated on the second floor. Really beautiful decorations, lovely apartment with perfectly equipment kitchen for a long stay. Clean and cozy. The parking is a little tight but not a problem and it’s a must in Rovinj. It fits only one car. The location is excellent - quiet and 3 min walking distance from the beautiful center. There is one more room on the ground floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. It has a separated entrance next to the parking. It’s a very damp room. There is an option to open the windows but they are actually on the street level and it’s not that comfortable to have them opened. We really liked the main apartment but the ground floor it’s not the best option for a long stay.

We loved the terrace, the fact that we had everything available in the house (coffee pods, laundry liquid, washing up liquid - everything!) the aircon and wifi both worked well too. A short walk to the town and all the many beautiful restaurants. It was busy and got when we stayed so we were grateful to have somewhere so well located. The garage is small though - we were relieved our car just about fitted in!

Great location, right in the old town center. house is Comfortable, There's good AC, everything looked clean and New. Kitchen was also well equipped. Balcony was great, Spacious with nice view! And the private parking is very nice, although good luck if you have a big car.

Perfect base for exploring Rovinj. In a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to everything. Property is recently refurbished and the way it has done maximises the use of the space (and looks great). Works well for a family. Garage with electric charger a nice bonus too. Host (Jasmin) is really helpful. Very glad we booked this.
