The owner is very kind. There is a fence around the garden, we had 3 dogs so that was beyond perfect. You have a lot of privacy. The owner keeps a beautiful flower garden. There is some traffic noise as you are close to the city, if that bothers you, its something to keep in mind. Its close to the city, beach and shops. The apartament is very clean and comfortable.

Location was very good, an easy 15-20 minutes walk into the centre of town. Parking was perfect, secure and easily accessible, even with a bigger car. The house is well equipped (washing machine, microwave, mosquito repellents, bin liner, washing-up liquid and sponges, just to name a few), albeit a bit outdated. This was not a problem for us as our priority was location and parking. The terrace was very nice and quiet. The owner was very welcoming. We certainly would stay here again.
