One has to use the car to reach the beaches, the nearest shops are on walking distance, ca 10 minutes. The city center is around 30 minutes, ca 2.5 km. The house is very well equipped with a very nice and large garden. You can enjoy your breakfast, dinner in a wonderful environment, in a quiet, sunshine protected terrace. The house practically consists of two independent apartments with two very nice bathrooms, ideal for two couples or a family with two or three kids. The owners are very kind, helpful, no problem with the communication how to get the keys. If you arriving from the direction of the petrol station, drive out from the roundabout, then you have to take the very first turn to the left (cross the open gate) then after 20 meter turn to the right (another open gate) and then you arrived. We will certainly back, I can very strongly recommend the house to those who want a relaxing and calm stay in Rovinj. In the part called Centenar you are much closer to the beach, but that area is full with cars and very noisy.
