Very friendly owner and everything what you need is provided! We really liked the terrace, which is with shadow, that is perfect with the Croatian sun and temperatures. Parking is very easy and the appartment is very close to the supermarket, which is perfect!

The apartment was cozy and clean, we loved the terrace in the front, it's so nice to sit outside in the evening or have your morning coffee there. It's a simple, comfortable apartment, a fair price and the host, Fausto, was very friendly.

Fausto was a superkind host. The apartment has a great price/value ratio and it's on a perfect location if you need a free parking space (city center is 20 minutes by walk).

The host was a very kind, positive person, who managed to have the apartment prepared much earlier than we expected, so we didn't have to wait much after we arrived to the city. The apartment was crytal clear and fully equipped, we did not need anything else really! We loved to eat and read at the terrace, and there are two friendly cats who often slept on the terrace. I absolutely loved the Bialetti Coffee maker, the efficient aircon, and the !eight! towels provided. We felt home really soon. We loved this part of the city, a bit calmer but also cosy, fitting perfectly to our personalities. If we get to go to Rovinj again, we definitely want to go back here! <3 Thanks Fausto!
