Beautiful, well equipped apartment with lots of extra bits that just make you feel at home. Bonus of course is the fantastic location and many thanks to our amazing host's Zoran & Renee. Thank you both for making our stay so great. Views from the balcony are fantastic and plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Try Snack Bar Rio for great breakfast and Fortuna restaurant for huge and delicious food.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is brilliantly located both for strolling into Rovinj old town and driving to the many hilltop towns which characterise the Istrian Peninsular. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The balcony provides great views over the harbour and the perfect place to have breakfast each day. The hosts - Renee and Zoran - were extremely considerate, helpful and kind without being at all intrusive. Their approach contributed considerably to the great week we enjoyed there.

The apartment is in a perfect location with great sea views with lovely balcony . Perfectly placed between old town and the promenade with its beaches . The apartment was well equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. The hosts were fantastic and allowed late check out as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Balcony al Mare. Renée and Zoran were so attentive and helpful – communication was great before and throughout out stay. They were such generous hosts, and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Zoran met us when we arrived and made sure that we had everything we needed. Llots of information about the area was provided and Renee was so responsive when we had any questions and provided everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The apartment was superb, much bigger than we had expected. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed, including much needed air conditioning. It is right on the waterfront and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, with a drink taking in the stunning sea views. It is located perfectly within a few minutes walk of the old town and a short walk or cycle in the other direction to the beautiful Lone Bay and the Zlatni rt Forest Park. This is the best place we have ever stayed and we will definitely be going back.
