The location is perfect, easy to reach the city center and beaches. Balcony is perfect for a break after returning from the beach or walk before going out, depends on time of year. The restaurants are all around with short walk from the property. Kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily prepare your own meals. You can also do your own laundry if needed. Rovigno itself is perfect spot on Istria from where you can visit many great places around.

I've been visiting Rovinj and Istria for years, and this is definitely the best place I've stayed at. Everything is close—the beach, the center—but it's still peaceful and quiet, so you don't feel like you're in the middle of the city. I recommend Rovinj and Casa Bellavista to everyone!

A fantastic location literally just a couple of streets up from the action yet so very quiet on a street with restricted vehicular access.

Rovinj is beautiful and this apartment was lovely and had obviously been recently refurbished.The apartment was perfect for us for a week- modern and stylish. For 2 weeks with 4 adults in it, it would have been cramped. It was also in a great location for accessing the old town, beaches, eating and shops. A lovely balcony to relax on at the end of the day. It was well equipped, there was a lot fitted into a small space. There was a washing machine and a dish washer. With washing powder and dish washer tablets provided There was a nespresso coffee machine with pods. All cleaning equipment was there for us to use. There was a hair dryer.
