Alan was the perfect host . The apartment was spacious and very private . We loved the balcony and the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom were perfect for us . When our flight was rescheduled for many hours later than expected, Alan let us stay most of the day so we were comfortable and could shower before leaving for the airport.

I really recommend this place where I stayed for a week from 2025.5.26 to 6.1. The host is really kind. Welcome Kinder Bueno chocolate and chocolate cream were on the table. Not only that, he said he bought it at the konzum and gave me a bottle of balsamic vinegar and sweet and chili sauce. ^^ I thought the studio had the bed and kitchen together, but they were separated. (I really like this style because it's cozy when I sleep.) It's located on the 3rd floor, so it's bright, and the view is really good. There are 3 large windows and 1 window in the bathroom. When you open the window, the breeze blows refreshingly~~ The bed is also big and very comfortable. First of all, the bedding is cotton, so when I first covered it, I felt 'Ah!~ It's been washed crisply and cleanly.'^^ The beach, Old Town, is 10 minutes away, and all the markets are 10 minutes away~ Booking.com doesn't have many studio photos, so I'll upload some more. The studio is enough for two people.

This apartment was absolutely incredible. Met with the owner on arrival who showed us around. The apartment was huge and walking into the first room took our breath away with great views of the old town and sea. 5 min walk into all facilities of Rovinj. Parking on site for the car. Balcony was large, perfect spot to take in the stunning Rovinj sunsets.
