Please note that the credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in.Please be advised: to ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to check in at our sister hotel, Hotel Emma. It is situated right the opposite of Hotel Unplugged, on Nieuwe Binnenweg 6 (2 minutes walks). You can self-check in there and start your stay at Hotel Unplugged. Our host are there 24/7 hours at your disposal should you have any questions or they happily help you with what you need throughout the stay.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Check-in and out was very easy and room was clean.

Location was great, there is an elevator to get to the upper floors which was great. There is a small kitchen/coffee room available for use as well.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the central station and main attractions, there is also public transport at the door step! Even though it’s located in a busy area, I didn’t hear anything outside!
