This is the second time I have stayed with my children and we absolutely love it. Cabins are always very clean, bedding is top notch and clean, bathroom is always clean, complimentary bathroom products beautiful, staff very friendly! Informative and communication fast and nothing short of amazing. This will always be our go to accommodation when traveling through or to Rotorua. Thank you.

Super easy check in with being sent the room number and door code before arrival. Compact warm room. Easy access to the warm pool at night. Friendly owner who offered advice on what to do for our one night in Rotorua.
