The staff were so amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, especially dale, who not only helped me get a free shuttle service for one thing I was doing but also helped me considerably with other aspects of my trip for well after I would be leaving rotorua

I like our room , lots of space and the beds were nice to sleep on. I love that use have a hair dryer and straightener in the bathroom

The lodge was spacious. There was a large kitchen and a clean bathroom.
