House was very well equipped and has nice personal touches that add a lot of character. Super handy location close to town. The gas heater in the lounge made the house warm and toasty. Great to have bikes included that we could use to roam around town.

Very cute house with everything we needed, felt like being in a home away from home, had a great atmosphere/vibe to it, we were able to have our little dog with us and the location was perfect. Will book again in the future.

Clean. Near the town center but not in walking distance. Ample parking. Comfortable beds. Strong shower pressure. Netflix YouTube available. Nice patio at the back. Clear instructions for access to the property.

Closer to the city. Even you can walk to everywhere to enjoy Rotorua. Quiet at night. Many parking outside if you want.
