Warm cozy room, bed was very comfortable and very quiet due to being tucked away off the main road. Spa pool in the courtyard was great and having the courtyard fully covered was excellent as it held all the warmth from the pool in & provided shelter from the rain.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome but they weren't annoying or in your face. The room felt comfortable & nice & clean. We felt it was great value for money as it even came with a private spa. My daughter mobilises in a wheelchair and although access wasn't perfect, it was still good enough that she was able to access everything. There was off street parking and a smoking area. The beds were comfortable

It was clean and tidy, we had a late check in and it was easy to communicate this to staff, when we arrived the heat pump had been turned on for us and the room was really nice 😊 thanks.
