Karen and David Irving could not have been more welcoming and friendly. As I was discovering my family history on Bute, they were happy to help and share their knowledge of the Island and its history. On arrival there was an array of breakfast items left for us, and Karen also asked if we would like Smoked Salmon, or Sausages and bacon left for us. Bread, Eggs, Milk, a selection of cereals and coffee pods were already there. We arranged for Karen to cook us dinner one night, and were absolutely delighted by it. We are really happy to recommend this property.
