Property was walking distance to majority of the landmarks and clean. We were even gifted with pasta and olive oil to take home which was a beautiful gesture- Thank you! There is no reception staff available 24/7 and even during business hours we were unable to see them, which may be an issue to some however it did not bother us as there was cctv available. There is also filtered still and sparkling water available on tap which is accessible to guests which we loved!

Lovely place with excellent location near Roma Termini. Only a few minutes walk away. The room was spacious, with a big and comfortable bed and a bubble bath. The aircon was great as well as the temperature in the city was really hot at the time. The staff were lovely and so welcoming and even left us small gifts! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Rome.

The property gave the vibe of a sanctuary as soon as you walked through the entrance. Our room did not disappoint either. It was exceptionally clean and nothing has been too much bother asking the staff any questions and helping in other areas.

Space, cleanliness and proximity to the iconic Roman sites and attractions. The owner left us a beautiful bottle of wine and local olive oil. Excellent.
