Fantastic location with a less than 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. The building looks old from the outside (as most buildings in Rome do) but rooms were very clean and appear modern. The very tall ceiling made the room feel spacious and gave it a luxurious vibe. Smart TV with netflix and prime is a great touch as well. A big thank you to the staff who replied on WhatsApp instantaneously to answer questions. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Rome.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything yet still peaceful at night. Good transport connections to metro, tram, bus. The place is very beautiful and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was seamless and super friendly, making check-in and check-out very easy. Nice arrangements for breakfast in nearby café makes our stay as locals do. Thanks!
