Decent studio with airconditioning near Termini train station. Smooth check-in and friendly staff. Coffee machine available in the hallway. Smart TV in the room. Lots of restaurants and touristic spots within walking distance.

Excellent location, staff very efficient and friendly, quiet and clean apartment. Area for coffee, water, snacks was appreciated.

Great location for train station, it is easy to reach any sightseeing spots from the guesthouse. It felt a safe street. Staff were lovely, trying to accommodate our needs. Coffee machine in the hall was a great extra touch. Beds were comfortable, it was perfect for us three single beds that you don’t find everywhere. An elevator in the building was good. The air conditioning was lovely when outside was plus 30. The bathroom/shower room were clean, working well, so all the boxes have been ticked for us. we stayed here for a week and it was a good experience.
