There was hairs on the sofa bed when we arrived. The floor was filthy. The sofa bed mattress was of very poor quality and sunken in parts. We had to get a maintenance man out twice to fix the toilet flush and with 5 people in the apartment needing to use the toilet wasn’t good at all when couldn’t flush it.
