The fine print
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows:
EUR 10 for arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00
EUR 15 for arrivals from 23:00 until 00:00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00. A security deposit of € 200 will be required upon arrival for all bookings of the 3 bedroom apartment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely room and toilet, working A/C which seems like a rare find in Italy as i have stayed 3 hotels during my trip and only this one has a working A/C. The lady/owner was very nice and her son was very helpful when we were stuck outside at the door during the late night. The beds as well gave me one of the best sleeps throughout my stay in Italy. It has a perfect location where it's near the Metro station and also a walkable distance to the Colosseum.

Attention from Karl was great, always very helpful and supportive. The metro station is a couple minutes walk. Spacious rooms. Located just 15-20 minutes walk from the Coliseo and other tourist attractions.

Was a bit tricky to find as the hotel is part of an apartment area where the entrance (massive secure door) is shared with multiple others local residents. However, the security to enter was brilliant, buzzer by the entrance. The location is 7mins walking distance from the main train station Termini and 15mins walk to the Colluseum. Added bonus is the Metro Emmanuelle that's on the door step that connects easily with eg. The Vatican, Circus Maximus and many more. Saying, for E1.50 per person, you can save on your walking. Plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, just enter a side street and you'll find homemade pasta etc. Bring earplugs as without, you'll hear the cars, morning street cleaning etc. In the reception area, guests will have access to plates, cutlery, fridge, coffee/ tea plus a sink. We ended up having fresh fruit for breakfast that was bought around the corner. You can leave your luggage in the reception area (very safe) is checking in before room is ready and also when leaving to collect later.
