For check-in after 20:00 we are organized to leave room key in a security box with code, we will send instruction to keep it.The airport shuttle is at extra costs.In order to check in, please remember to call the hotel approximately 30 minutes before arrival; it is very important that you call, you will not find staff for your check-in without confirmation.On request, it is possible to add an additional bed to the Deluxe Double, Triple and Quadruple rooms. Do not use WhatsApp message or call for urgent communication.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. In principle a nice location not so far from city center. To termini station it’s a 50min walk. Friendly owner, who was trying minimize the overnight troubles coming from a nearby pub as much as he could. That’s why we give more credits to the booking.com ranking than the stay deserves.

Location was great, lots of buses within a minute distance and two metro stations within 10 minutes walk. Lots of shops , bars and bakery with excellent food and prices. Beds were comfortable, room size was very decent with everything we needed, and daily room cleaning was amazing, very easy late check in, and very friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back.

Very friendly and helpful staff/owner. Easy check in and out even when no one present. Kitchen unit with everything needed for simple cooking. It's on a side street so shielded from traffic on the main road. Short walk to/from metro and train station. Shops etc. very close by.
