Very clear communication from proprietor: stressed that we had booked a small room (which we knew) and showed pictures before we arrived. Also reassuringly clear details for key pickup, with photos. Location is excellent, literally 20m from one of the Metro exits at Staz. Roma Tiburtina, on the ground floor of a secured apartment block. Room itself was very small, very little natural light, but a comfortable bed, a functional a/c and en-suite shower room, microwave and well-functioning fridge with a sink in the room, together with a few basic items of kitchen equipment - no three course dinners here, but if you need to heat up any purchased food just the job. Would certainly stay here again for a night or two.

The location was fantastic. You just have to cross the street (underneath) from the Roma Tiburtina Train Station, and your right there.

Our stay near Tiburtina Metro Station was incredibly convenient, making trips to Central Rome quick and effortless. The station’s role as a hub for long-distance trains was an added bonus, providing easy access to other destinations. Leo, the host, was exceptionally kind and respectful, ensuring all our needs were met during our stay. The room was well-equipped, including an electric hot plate that allowed us to prepare small meals. One of the highlights was the stunning terrace—an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. If I return to Rome, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing. The room was cleaned daily and it was tidy. The shower towels and face towels were also changed daily. Well located. There is a train station right across the street and a metro right next to building’s entrance. The jam of the room is the outdoor area with a cute table and chairs to enjoy the sunlight. All the instructions to self check in and checkout are well explained and sent to me with pictures to help.
