Rosella (cleaning lady) did an excellent job - the place was very clean and she also managed to get it done early so we didn't have to drop bags/wait and return later. Close to metro Flaminia stop and within walking distance of major attractions and grocery store.

Wonderful location next to piazza del Popolo and metro flaminia nearby (very useful if you arrive by train). The elevator is also great plus if you have bags. The apartment is very nice, and the jacuzzi works but it is very rusty and head rest is broken. The stuff is really nice and they offer to hold our bags after check out nearby (400 meters away).

Francesco was a fantastic host, we truly couldn't have asked for better. He kept in touch with us before arrival, giving clear directions for public transport and gave us some great recommendations (including a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over the city). We had the triple room between 2 of us, but he very kindly set up the mezzanine bed to give me and my friend more space so that we'd get a better night's sleep. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, and the location is right by a metro station and within easy walking distance of Rome's highlights. I just wish we'd had more than 24hrs to enjoy it all, we'll definitely be back and I'll be sure to book this absolute gem of a room again!

The property is in an excellent location and you can walk to all of the tourist sites if you are able to. if not the metro is right outside. for reference we walked between 10k and 20 k steps every day. The owners are so lovely and checked in with us to see if we needed anything via message and are very helpful.
