We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded on arrival to an apartment from the family room we booked. What a great start to our stay in Rome! Very clean and spacious. The hotel is great, within walking distance to everything. The staff is super friendly. We will definitely return to hotel Navona.

The location was very central, often a 20 minute walk to the major attractions in Rome. The breakfast menu had enough options to please everyone. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms large, and the air-conditioning and heating was efficient.
