A thoughtful staff Lucia. When we checked in, Lucia noticed my husband uses a cane and realized that the bathroom in our original room might not ideal for him, Without s even asking, she offered to move us to a bigger room with a more accessible washroom.

The hotel is a true Italian experience, very clean and cozy, it has a great location, close to the train, subway, restaurants, bars and much more, very attentive staff. They paid attention to the fact that it was a birthday celebration and even offered a treat. I recommend it to everyone.

Great location. 2 min walk to Termini Station, metro, buses. Staff very warm friendly Maria and Lucy. Room clean, fresh towels. Air conditioning and Wi Fi good. Plenty bars restaurants on door step 25 mins walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain.
