Room was ok for the price i paid, so no complaints there. Staff were friendly, especially Franceso who I had some good conversations with. Overall, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and always wished for you to enjoy your day

Every single staff person was amazing. Francesco was immensely kind and friendly. The location is great, right next to Termini station. Breakfast was free on the first day, which was a nice gesture. Everything was vey clean, room, bathroom and all other facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, I was pleased with the room. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly (especially Mr. Francesco was very helpful and polite.) Overall, I recommend it.
