Very helpful staff, even late check-in was OK - my flight was delayed and I my transfer from the airport left without me. Very comfortable room, next time I come to Rome, I will stay again here :) The whole place feels like an apartment. The placement of the accommodation is within the walking distance from Termini station and there are many ristorantes or grocery shops around (even not shown on Google maps).

Location was very convenient. Short walk from termini station, ideal for catching early trains or using public transport. Supermarket is also close by. We had heard that the area around termini is a bit sketchy but we had no problems and it felt safer because of the restaurants right below the hotel. We were also able to store our bags there after check out which was perfect because our flight was late in the afternoon. Toiletries and towels were provided.

I recently stayed in a beautiful room in Rome and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Termini Station and tucked away on a quiet street that felt safe and authentically Roman. The room itself was cosy, clean, and had a small balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver after long days exploring the city in the summer heat. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful tips on local restaurants, directions, and even a small map marked with must-see spots. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the small kitchenette was handy for quick breakfasts or late-night snacks. If you're looking for a charming, centrally located place that offers comfort, character, and a truly Roman experience, I highly recommend this room. It made my stay in the Eternal City even more memorable.

Check-in and out was easy and comfortable, all necessary things were included: big towel, shampoo, locker, hangers for clothes, dishes. There are some nice restaurants and bars that works after midnight around. Conditioner and comfortable area for sleep and eat is a good point also.
