It was ok . We needed a place to stay in Rome since we arrived late one night and left Very early the second morning. Note the you pick up the keys in one location ( a storage place) and the guesthouse is a few minutes from there and the usual check in time is untill 10 p m..our plane landed later and I wrote to them and they arranged a special possibility for check in, you need to ket them know in advance .. air conditioning was strong and working a minu fridge with complimentary drinks( water, juice and sodas), continental breakfast served to the room. Clean and conviently located. They very comunicative thought WhatsApp and the instructions how to find the keys and the building were very clear.

We left early in the morning and the hotel prepared breakfast for us in advance. It was very nice ☺️☺️. Our questions were answered very quickly. Thank you very much for your quality work! And for the unexpected gift! 🤗🥰🥰☺️

Good value for money. Helpful staff. Excellent location, 10 minutes walking from Colosseum. Nice breakfast to start the day.
