The best thing is definitely the location. It is close to everything. The apartment is and big and clean. You do not have to talk or interact with anyone to pick up the keys (in a chaotic Rome, with rude locals, this is a plus).

Great location!!! Walking distance to all main attractions. Appartment is on 1st floor above one of busiest streets, but is still quiet enough for good overnight sleep. We had problem with heating, but our host Emanuela guided us how to setup air conditioner properly. It was nice to have early morning coffee at the appartment, supplied by the host.

The location is great. Detailed instructions made check-in easy. It was important, as we arrived late. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. It was quite cold even with AC on. But then it was predictable, as we were there in late November. Be sure to bring warm socks or slippers. Otherwise, it was ok. I can't say anything about communication with the host as we had no need to. I'd recommend it to my friends.
