Guests who use a GPS navigation system, should use Steegstraat as destination:
- From the Steegstraat follow this street and it changes into the Swalmerstraat
- Turn left at the second street; this is the Lindanusstraat.
- Straight ahead at the crossing
- You will arrive at the Pollartstraat
- On your left hand side you will find Het Arresthuis. Directly behind the hotel is the entrance of our parking lot.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and the outstanding attention to detail during our recent stay at your hotel in Strasbourg. Everything was truly beyond our expectations, and I highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the city. A special thanks to Ms. Birtt, who kindly asked about my son’s dietary needs. My son suffers from a severe egg allergy, and Ms. Birtt was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, especially during breakfast, ensuring his safety and comfort at all times. Her professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference. Your hotel stands out not only for its excellent service but also for its thoughtful approach to every small detail that makes tourists feel at home. Brief one night stay on a road trip; my third stay in a prison hotel (two in UK) and it matches those I have stayed in in Oxford and Bodmin. Great comfy room, seating area, comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast was good. Parking was secure at 10 euros per night. Roermond Designer Outlet was 10 minutes by foot, the city itself was also pleasant and attractive.

Great central location. Very friendly service from start to finish. Nice room and original decor. With payment could use the parking, which was very convenient.
