Location is great. Car park 20m away (£7 for 18hr). Train station is across the road. Staff friendly and access to the property is good.

We were welcomed by a member of staff.After the usual checkin procedure we went to our first floor room.It was a small comfortable very clean room.We had a fan which was really good as it was quite warm in the hotel. We had a comfortable night with no noise at all.We didn't hear the trains as we were at the other side of the hotel.The breakfast was fine,basic with cereals etc.

Very friendly and pleasant check-in . The room was perfect for our needs and was comfortable and spacious .I would recommend this and will probably book again. The location was perfect for both Strood station and Rochester High Street

Great location as we were at a party in The Boathouse it was so convenient just a little walk from The venue .it was clean bed really comfortable also had tea & coffee facilities which was perfect as I do like a cup of tea. Breakfast was crossiants, cereals ,yoghurt ,toast, fruit juices, and the man offered us eggs to our liking plenty of choice 👍 We would stay there again. 💯👍❤️
