Breakfast was excellent. Location was quiet but within easy walking distance of central Rochester and well suited for car journeys further afield.

Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Lovely room with lovely views. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing , especially the sausages!! Will definitely stay again 10/10

Lovely large room, comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. The lovely owner even got in some gluten free bread & cereal, knowing I was coeliac, making breakfast perfect!! Thank you so much!
