Its a fantastic small almost boutique hotel. The rooms are fairly large in comparison to other hotels. It felt brand new. Very clean. The hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Riyadh, but very close to the highway, which makes a quiet oasis after a long day. The room had a microwave, a stove, expresso machine and a kettle.

The hotel was very clean & modern looking. The rooms had a nice feel to them. The aesthetics to the hotel was great. It felt brand new and up to date. There are not many floors to this hotel which is what we liked as it meant that it wasn’t as busy and felt more personal. The hotel also has many leisure rooms, Such as gym, swimming, spa, sauna, even a cinema room which we were so impressed by and a children’s play room. They also have an underground car park too. Customer service is great, I queried about using the swimming pool (as a female) and although there was not any specific times for female swimming hours, the manager was so nice that he allowed me to lock the door if I had wanted my own privacy whilst swimming - this wasn’t necessary in the end as the hotel was very quiet so was able to use the pool with no issues. Although the hotel was more located on a quieter street away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, The location was still fantastic. There was a metro station literally 4 minute walk from the hotel called King Salman Oasis Metro Station. The area around the hotel felt clean & visually pleasing and to get to and from anywhere was pretty easy.

Staff really nice. Reception, Kitchen and drink staff very nice. Rooms quite big and spacious. Sauna, swimming pool, steam room was nice. Enjoyed drinks at the canteen. Has meeting rooms/spaces to work. Mohammed and Ahmed very helpful as kitchen reception staff. Had a headache after a long day of presentations., Mohammed was kind enough to provide some paracetamol Breakfast had a lot of variety, salads, fruits, pastry, meat, eggs, potatoes. It wasn't mind blowing but lots of variety so postive.
