Very helpful and welcoming staff (special thanks to Modha from the reception, the team at breakfast and dinner). The buffet at dinner are amazing and very affordable with 25% discount given to guests. The facility overall is astonishing and luxurious. Location is perfect, especially for business travellers, away from the hustle of Riyadh, close to the Riyadh Front, Riyadh convention, Airport and The Business Gate.

Incredible value for the price! While you'll need taxis to reach your destinations, the warm welcome you receive upon arrival and departure makes a lasting impression. Each check-in or check-out includes local dates and coffee, accompanied by water to quench your thirst. Modi Alharbi, the supervisor at the main reception desk, always greeted guests with a radiant smile and a willingness to assist that far surpassed expectations. Her helpful nature truly added a special touch to the experience, making every interaction feel personal and memorable.
