I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I am happy to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Mr. Meshal) went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and every member of the team was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of hospitality. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the consistent level of professionalism and kindness from the entire staff I had the change to interact with. Their commitment to customer service created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made my stay both enjoyable and memorable.

I honestly chose this hotel because of its gym, which is on of the most well-equipped I’ve seen in a hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful facilities. Big room, really clean and very comfortable. The gym is fantastic. I used it during the day as it was too hot outside and is really well equipped. The staff are also wonderful, especially Faisal who helped me during my stay. Location is very convenient for both the boulevard city/world and airport.
