Location of the property was great. The parking was good. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10. The lakeside rooms appear to be literally next to the lake. In reality there is a piazza between the hotel and lake. The lake is lovely though.

Great location in the main square of Riva. I had been in communication with the hotel multiple times in advance of check in as I was worried about driving in and parking but they were always very quick to respond and helpful. We arrived a little early and were lucky that our room was available. Of all our accommodations around the lake this view could not be beaten! Room was very comfortable, modern and had a mini fridge. It was serviced everyday and when we had a small issue with a hairdryer on our last day all the housekeeping staff were very quick to help us! We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, only a short walk to the ferries and tourist sites, our room had a lovely view of the lake, reasonable breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
