Located 15/20 min walk from central Riva but there's a shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, bike hire and bus stops all within 5 min walk. The lake is also a short walk from the hotel with more bars and cafes along with a public 'beach'. The hotel has a pool and garden area, children's play space and laundry as well as rental bikes. We were located on 4th floor and enjoyed fab mountain views. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is representative of a typical 3 star hotel.

Large room with a balcony and a view of the indoor pool. Two separate, comfortable beds — each with two pillows for extra comfort. Everything in the room and bathroom was new and spotlessly clean.

The receptionists and the whole staff were really nice. Thank you for a great, welcoming stay. We were also really happy with the room. Good, calm location, worked brilliantly for our family.
